1. Coverage area

We deliver farm-fresh vegetables across India to serviceable pin codes via partner couriers. Remote or unserviceable areas may require cancellation with a full refund.

• Metro cities: 1–2 business days
• Other cities: 2–4 business days
• Remote areas: 4–6 business days

4. Cold-chain packaging

Vegetables ship in cold-chain crates inside insulated cartons designed to minimise transit damage. Upon receipt, refrigerate produce promptly and use within the freshness window.

5. Delivery attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery once or twice. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide alternate contact details during checkout.
