Vegetable Purchase Agreement

1. Parties to this agreement

2. Products offered

We sell HSN 0709 fresh vegetables including leafy greens, brassicas, roots, gourds, nightshades, beans, alliums and market specials. Listings describe crate formats and harvest lots. Natural variation in size and colour within a variety is expected and does not constitute a product defect.

3. Customer obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to complete a purchase.
• Provide accurate delivery details and a reachable phone number for courier coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and report unauthorised access promptly.
• Use purchased vegetables for lawful personal, gifting, or kitchen purposes.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are included or displayed at checkout as required by law. We accept UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery where serviceable. A COD handling fee may apply and is shown before order confirmation.

5. Order confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (prepaid) or COD confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders affected by stock shortages, courier restrictions, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, with a full refund where payment was captured.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
